Spotlight Series: Giraffes
During the month of June, The Philadelphia Zoo and GPCAAZK are celebrating Giraffes. Visit the zoo and participate in giraffe activities, learn about our browse program and learn from our giraffe keepers! You can also learn about the girls in our tower below and vote for your favorite giraffe to help us fundraise for the Giraffe Conservation Foundation.
Stella
The leader of the tower. She is laid back and always enjoys the little things in life, like a nice sun shower.
Abby
Stella’s daughter. She was raised as the princess of the tower, and she shows it. She enjoys quality time with her keepers and isn’t afraid to express herself.
Bea
The youngest and most curious of the tower. She is cautious of new things, unless it involves food, in which case, she is first in line.
